The hotel offers extremely clean and spacious rooms with good neutral decor. The large flat-screen TV and tea/coffee kettle provided are excellent, although the view of the road behind the hotel could be better suited for a 4-star establishment. The location is second to none, conveniently placed near the beach and the old town, providing a comfortable and welcoming experience. The dining options are varied and continually replenished, though occasionally busy during peak hours.

The hotel was a fantastic choice for our stay. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with a stunning sea view from the balcony. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff going above and beyond, especially after a guest accident. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and close to the heart of the old town, although there was some external noise. The dining experience catered well to different tastes, with room for improvement in the Spanish cuisine offerings. Overall, a great value for money with excellent amenities and facilities.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with everything you need, including free WiFi and a big TV with British channels. The friendly maids kept everything sparkling like your own home. The location, slightly away from the hustle, offers a quiet retreat in Benidorm, with plenty of things to do and explore. While some might question our attachment to 'the dorm,' we found it to be a gem with great potential.
